Heard. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instruction of the Petitioner, who is present in court, seeks to withdraw the present petition with a submission that the representation dated 28 December 2015 be directed to be decided. The petition is accordingly disposed of. The interim order already granted stands vacated. The Petitioner is permitted to join the transfer post on 16 March 2016.
