The Petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "(a)The Honourable Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus and/ or any other appropriate writ of such a nature or order directing the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the Petitioner's letter dated 14/11/2016 and letter dated01/12/2016 in respect of refund of stamp duty of Rs.22,64,500/- and provide an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner in that respect."

Learned AGP states that notwithstanding the order dated 13 March 2019 passed by the District Collector (Stamps), the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority shall decide the Application of the Petitioner dated 2606-2015 for refund of stamp duty after hearing the Petitioner. Uday.P.Kambli 1/2

The Petitioner is permitted to file additional Written Submissions, which shall be taken into consideration by the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority while deciding the aforesaid Application of the Petitioner. 4.
