By order dated 13th February, 2014, this Court has directed the Chief Secretary of the Maharashtra to treat this petition of as the representation of the Petitioners and take a decision on it expeditiously.

In view of this order, nothing survives in the present petition. Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of order dated 13th February, 2014. It is, however, clarified that if no decision is taken 1 / 2
