Mr. Madan Gopal Singhal, Assistant General Manager is present in person on behalf of the Respondent-Union Bank of India. He tendered a letter dated 20th September, 2017 sent by Assistant Manager, Union Bank of India addressed to the Dy. Zonal Head, FGMO, Mumbai. It is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In the said letter the following has been mentioned. "We refer your letter dated 14/09/2017 regarding removal of names of the non whole directions of M/s. S B & T International. In this regard, the proposal for non reporting of non reporting of non whole time directors of this company under wilful defaulters was placed before the competent authority and the competent authority has acceded for non reporting of following names of non whole time directors of M/s. In view of the aforesaid, in our considered view the decision has already been taken in favour of the Petitioner. In the circumstances by directing the Respondent to take further necessary steps within a week from today and to intimate the same to the Petition, we disposes of the Petition.
