Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a representation in regard to his grievances before the competent authority of the respondent and the said authority be directed to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and petitioner's entitlement, we allow the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to submit a representation before the competent authority of the respondent for redressal of his grievance and in case such representation is submitted, the same be considered and

With the aforesaid direction, petition is disposed of. 4.
Needless to say that we have not examined the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement.
