P.C. :- After we have heard both sides and passed an order which is fairly detailed, the Petition has really worked itself out. It is unfortunate that we have to monitor implementation and other formalities as well. Let the statement which is drawn up by the management in consultation with the officer of the Department, be loaded on the computer and then forwarded to the Department on or before 30 June 2018.

We direct that the amount in terms of this statement having been already verified should be paid over to the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any event before 15 July 2018. Any delay beyond that period will invite action in contempt as also payment of costs to be made personally by the officer incharge of releasing the sum. The costs are quantified at Rs.25,000/-. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of now with these directions. A copy of the statement is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
