The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Authorized Signatory of the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.1 to 10. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The parties have also agreed that pending the Award, the Respondents shall not sell, alienate, encumber, part with possession and/or create third party rights in respect of the properties at Serial No.3 in Annexure A of the Consent Terms. The above Arbitration Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'
