Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

Pending the arbitration proceedings and for a period of four weeks after the passing of the Award, the ad-interim order dated 21st January, 2015 shall continue to be in force.

ii.

In the event of the Respondents being desirous of disposing of any properties in association with the Petitioner, the Respondents shall be at liberty to move this Court for necessary orders. iii.
