Further to the order dated 9th January 2018, the counsel for respondent states that the notice of proposed withdrawal of petition has been published in Navshakti in Marathi language and Free Press Journal in English language, both Mumbai edition on 9th January 2018. Mr.Talreja states that the affidavit has been filed in the registry. The same, however, is not available in the records and proceedings today. Mr Talreja tenders a photocopy of the affidavit of one Kirtikumar Bhatt affirmed on 15th January 2018 confirming the same. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Talreja also states that the company has deposited an amount of Rs.12 lakhs with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay as per the order dated 9th January 2018 and this amount was deposited on 15th January 2018.
