Therefore, the order dated 4th December 2014 is confirmed as order in the notice of motion and notice of motion accordingly stands disposed.

NOTICE OF MOTION NO.1419 OF 2015 Ms. Rambade states that after 6th December 2014 defendant no.1 has not used the impugned mark "HAZMAT". Gauri Gaekwad
