The counsel for the Plaintiff and the Defendants have tendered draft minutes of the order which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The same has been signed by the plaintiff's authorized signatory, plaintiff's advocate and the advocate for Defendant No. 1. Counsel appearing for Defendant No. 1 states that his client was present in the morning in court, but is not present in afternoon, but his instructions are to accept the minutes of the order tendered, except paragraph 1 (iii) that is regarding the Court Receiver's charges.
