Ms. Kharwa, counsel for respondent states that pursuant to order dated 12th October 2018, respondent has advertised the notice of proposed withdrawal of petition in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 17th October 2018 and relies upon photocopy of affidavit of one Prashant A. Ghosh affirmed on 31st October 2018. Ms. Kharwa states that the original has been lodged in the registry yesterday and the Court Officer states that perhaps that is why it is not available in the records and proceedings. Ms. Kharwa states that her instructions from Mr. M. Ramesh, advocate on record, are that he has not received any objections or claims in response to the said notice. Statement accepted.
