The learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw these petitions on the ground that the contract period mentioned in the tender is over.

However, he submitted that for seeking appropriate relief of damages and other monetary reliefs against the Municipal Corporation, a liberty may be granted to file a fresh proceedings.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty as prayed. All contentions of the parties as regards

oswp2308-84 the proceedings which may be filed by the petitioners are kept open.
