Hence, she received instruction from her client to withdraw the Chamber Summonses as well as Execution Applications. chs514-15 and 510-15 submits that bailable warrant is not executed on respondents for want of present correct address. All this is stated by the applicant in praecipe. The said praecipe is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is allowed.

Bailable warrant issued by this court earlier stands cancelled.
