The grievance of the Petitioner is in respect of unauthorized and illegal construction around Ramakant Mhatre House, Laxman Mhatre Marg, Near Lake, Kandarpada, Dahisar (W). The Petitioner claims to be an occupant of the tenanted premises and residing at Ramakant Mhatre House. 2.

Having heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner, we dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.3- Assistant Commissioner, R Ward North to decide the complaint of the Petitioner dated 12th October, 2018 (Exhibit H to the Petition) expeditiously and in any event within eight weeks from today.
