Learned Counsel for the parties tender consent terms duly signed by the parties and also by their respective Advocates. These consents terms are between the Plaintiff and Defendant No.1. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff prays for dismissal of the suit against Defendant Nos.2,3 and 4 as withdrawn and disposal of the suit as against Defendant Nos.1 and 5 in terms of the consent terms.

The consent terms are taken on record, marked "X" for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted. The suit is dismissed as against Defendant Nos.2, 3 and 4 and the suit is disposed of as against Defendant Nos.1 and 5 in terms of the consent terms. The interim relief operating in the matter in respect of release of TDR stands vacated forthwith. Refund of court fees in accordance with the applicable rules.
