The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of Petition, dismissed by Order dated 26.09.2017 under the provision of O.S.Rule 986.

Perused Affidavit in Support. Heard Ld Counsel for the Applicant. He has submitted that Petitioner has already paid court fees. Earlier Petitioner could not remove office objections due to Diwali vacation and other companion circumstances. Ld. Counsel for the Applicant made statement that Petition is uncontested, which is taken on record.

Since matter is uncontested, contention of the Applicant needs to be accepted.

Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. No order as to costs.

Applicant and/or his Advocate to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and regd.

on or before 15-02-2018, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
