The Consent Terms are in order. They are not contrary to law. We are satisfied that the Consent Terms are drawn by the parties in reflection of their true intentions and of their own volition. 5th April 2023

The Consent Terms are signed by the authorized signatories of the Petitioner and 4th Respondent and their respective Advocates. The signatures are identified by the Advocates. The chairman of the Petitioner Society is present in Court. 4.

The Petition is disposed of with an order in terms of the Consent Terms as between the Petitioner and the 4th Respondent, with the undertakings in the Consent Terms being accepted as undertakings to the Court.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter.

The original signed Consent Terms are to be preserved along with the Petition and the main record and will not be sent for destruction in the normal course.
