Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, which is under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, on the ground that the vehicle, in respect of which interim protection was sought, has been already repossessed by the Petitioner in accordance with the agreement between the parties and that the application does not survive any more. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
