Mr. Bharucha, the learned senior counsel for the Corporation, on instructions from the officer of the Corporation, who is present in the Court today, states that the Municipal Corporation has not blacklisted the petitioner and, therefore, the Corporation would consider the two tenders submitted by the petitioner to be responsive. It is stated that the amounts due and payable to the petitioner towards some other contracts would not be withheld on the ground that the petitioner is blacklisted.

913.WPL37_2015.doc In view of the statement made on behalf of the Corporation, Mr. Samdani, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed.
