CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:
8th June 2018 PC:- 1.
There is a Chamber Order (L) No. 60 of 2018 filed by the Decree Holder to correct the address of Respondents Nos.1, 2 and
3. In my view the Chamber order has been wrongly not allowed by the registry. The registry has placed the matter before the Court. There is no question that such Chamber Order will have to be allowed. If the address of the Judgment Debtor is incorrect, 8th June 2018
909-CHOL60-18.DOC execution cannot be rendered impossible or infructuous only for that reason.
2.
The Chamber Order is made absolute. Amendment to be carried out within one week without need of reverification. A copy of the amended Execution Application and Chamber Summons will then be served on the Judgment Debtor as also on the Respondent. 3.
Leave also to amend the pending Notice under Order XXI Rule 22 and serve the Notice at the correct address. 4.
Liberty to have the Notice placed after service. (G. S. PATEL, J) 8th June 2018
