CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.56 OF 2019 WITH CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.59 OF 2019 WITH CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.60 OF 2019 Ms. Solanki states that these chamber summons do not survive and can be accordingly disposed.

2/3 All the three chamber summons stand disposed. CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.53 OF 2019 Ms. Solanki states that this chamber summons is to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased defendant nos.120, 139, 140, 153 and 159 and to bring a new assignee in place of defendant no.150. Ms. Solanki states that there are total six respondents and all respondents have been served.

In view of this statement made, chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within two weeks from today.

CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.57 OF 2019 Ms. Solanki states that this chamber summons is to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased defendant no.185. Ms. Solanki states that legal heirs have been served on 06.03.2019. There is no affidavit in reply opposing the chamber summons.

Therefore, chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within two weeks from today.
