It is not in dispute between the parties that the structures of the Petitioners have been demolished.

Ms.Thakar, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent states that the representation made by the Petitioners shall be decided by the Municipal Corporation within a period of 4 weeks from today. We accept the said statement. By accepting the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition. We direct the Respondent-Corporation to communicate the decision taken on the representation of the Petitioners within a period of 6 weeks from today.
