We are informed that the Assistant Commissioner, Bombay Municipal Corporation has taken a decision on Petitioner's representations dated 28.2.2014, and on 28.3.2014 a notice under Section 351 was issued and final order has been passed on 28.10.2014 against the Respondent, who has now filed a suit, being Suit No. 2612 of 2014. In our view, there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, and therefore, we are not inclined to take action of contempt. Contempt petition is, therefore, dismissed.
