None appears on behalf of the Appellant. By an order dated 31st August, 2016 we had specifically fixed this matter today under the caption of "dismissal". However, since the Appellant in Appeal No. 23/2006 and the Respondent in Appeal No. 799/2010, is appearing in person, we had directed the office to issue notice to her, mentioning therein that the appeal is kept under the caption of "dismissal". The service report has been placed before us and it is mentioned therein that the party in person is served at the New Delhi address. It appears that appellant (in Appeal No. 23/2006) is not keen in pursuing the appeal. Appeal No. 23/2006 is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.

In view of dismissal of Appeal No. 23/2006, the chambers summons, viz. Chamber Summons Nos. 1457/2006, 1155/2007, 1114/2009, and the motions, viz. Notice of Motion Nos. 11/2007, 2590/2007, 2480/2008, 2527/2009, taken out therein do not survive for consideration, and are accordingly disposed of. 3.

Appeal No. 799/20100 alongwith Notice of Motion No. 2119/2010 and Chamber Summons No. 1116/2010 be placed on the supplementary board on 13th October, 2016.
