On 10th August 2018, time was granted to the learned counsel appearing for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation to take instructions about the decision taken by the Municipal Commissioner on the representations mentioned in prayer clause (A). The learned counsel appearing for the second to fourth respondents is unable to make any statement in this behalf though sufficient time was granted to her to take instructions. Hence, we pass the following order: (i) If the second respondent has already passed an order on the representations/ applications dated 19th May 2017 and 27th June 2017 filed by the petitioner, copies of the

SKN 2/2 655.18-wp.doc orders passed thereon shall be furnished to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today;

(ii) If the said representations/complaints are pending, we direct that the same shall be decided by the second respondent as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within three months from today. Needless to add that the second respondent shall give an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned;

(iii) Writ petition is disposed on the above terms. All contentions on merits are kept open.
