Matter is on board and is mentioned out of turn. The Deputy Official Liquidator has no objection, if the Official Liquidator is directed to remove the seal of the Official Liquidator put on one room in the premises described in prayer clause (a) of the Company Application Sharayu.

54-CAL-6-17.doc and shift the articles kept in the godown of the Official Liquidator, if the Applicant provides all the necessary assistance to shift such articles to the godown of the Official Liquidator. The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that his client has agreed to provide such assistance to the Official Liquidator.

Statement made by the learned Deputy Official Liquidator and the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant are accepted. The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned Deputy Official Liquidator agree that such articles would be shifted within one week from today. Statement is accepted.

Company Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The Official Liquidator is directed to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
