This contempt petition is filed against the respondent on the basis that she is giving incorrect advise to the client and has written letters allegedly in breach of the order dated 12.12.2013. I have considered the order, the letter at Exhibit-C to the petition and also the allegations in the petition. In my view, no case of contempt is made out against the respondent. Petition dismissed.
