Learned counsel Mr. D'souza is appointed to represent the Petitioner through legal aid committee. The perusal of record shows that the Petitioner had approached this Court by filing a writ petition bearing Writ Petition No.1201 of 2017 and the Petitioner himself, i.e., inperson prosecuted the said petition. The division bench of this Court was pleased to hear the petitioner in-person and vide an order dated 20th July 2017 observing that the division bench is unable to find any ground to entertain the petition. Resultantly, the petition was dismissed. Being aggrieved by the order of this Court, the Petitioner approached the Hon'ble Apex Court by filing Special Leave to Appeal (Civil). Before the Apex Court the Petitioner again himself appeared and prosecuted the SLP in-person. The Hon'ble Apex Court passed the following order : patilsr 1 / 2 by SACHIN RAMCHANDRA PATIL Date: 2021.12.07 10:39:12 +0530 SACHIN RAMCHANDRA PATIL

"We do not see any ground to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed." 2.

In view of the above referred facts, we are unable to entertain this petition which is filed in this Court for the cause which was earlier dismissed and the order of this Court is confirmed by way of an order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. The petition is accordingly dismissed.

We appreciate the efforts taken by learned counsel for Mr. Prosper D'souza, appointed to represent Petitioner. The High Court Legal Aid Committee shall pay necessary fees to Advocate Mr. D'souza, as per rules.
