The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Advocate for the Petitioner could not establish the contact with the Petitioner. She states that Petitioner has not given any instructions to the Advocate and therefore, order dated 20th July 2017 could not be complied with. In view of this position, we dispose of the Writ Petition for want of prosecution. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
