After this notice of motion was lodged on 4th February 2016, the petition was mentioned on 18th April 2016 at which time, time to remove office objections was granted upto and including 3rd May 2016 which in effect would mean that the order dated 15th September 2015 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay has been recalled. Hence, nothing survives in the notice of motion. The notice motion motion dismissed.
