Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The petition challenges an order of suspension of the premises licence of the Petitioner for a period of 40 days passed by the Appellate Authority, namely, Principal Secretary (A and S) of Home Department of the Government of Maharashtra. The impugned order was passed on 30 November 2015. The suspension period of 40 days has already expired. There has been no stay by this court on suspension, so far. The petition is accordingly infructuous and the same is dismissed as such. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
