It is an admitted fact that Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (`MCZMA') has already taken a decision vide order dated 28 January 2015 and cleared Petitioners' proposal on the basis that the plot in question does not fall within 100 meters from Mahim bay and therefore, the subject plot does not fall under the CRZ Notification 2011. The said decision has been sent to MoEF for necessary decision. This decision has already been conveyed to the Central Government by letter dated 28 January 2015.

In view of this, no further orders are necessary as the petition has already been disposed of. The copy of decision of MCZMA dated 28 January 2015 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
