Mr.Kamat, learned counsel appearing for the applicant (original respondent) seeks to apply for appropriate order before the National Company Law Tribunal under the provisions of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Companies Act, 2013. The statement is accepted.
