In the order dated 6th February 2015, four weeks time was granted. The counsel for the plaintiff stated that settlement talks were going on. On 5th March 2015 again the same thing was told to the Court and it was also recorded that if the settlement talks do not materialize, the plaintiff would consider withdrawal of the suit on the next occasion. The matter was listed yesterday and was stood over to today for the plaintiff to take instructions. The counsel for the plaintiff states that they are not receiving instructions from the plaintiffs.
