This is an application for amendment in the name of the original petitioner company. It is submitted that the name of the original petitioner company was IL & FS Trust Company Ltd. which was subsequently changed as Vistra ITCL (India ) Ltd. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a Certificate of Incorporation dated 25.8.2016 pursuant to the change of name.

In view thereof, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
