By this petition the petitioner seeks orders in relation to adoption of male minor proposed to be adopted under Section 59(7) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 and for appropriate declarations in respect thereof. 1/2 2-FAP-7-2020.doc rrpillai

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the representatives of the Indian Council of Social Welfare on this video conference. Perused the petition and its enclosures including the Child study report dated 26 th September, 2019, Home study report dated th November, 2018, Certification by CARA dated 10 th October, 2019 and proof of employment of the prospective adoptive parents. The Petitioner has also submitted latest medical examination report of the proposed adoptive parents. The child has been declared free for adoption by the Child Welfare Committee.

I am satisfied that the adoption is in the best interest of the child. Accordingly, Judges order is signed separately. Undertakings are accepted.
