Heard. The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The suit is a composite action in trade mark infringement and passing off. The Defendant publishes several newspapers with editions all over country. A material part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court where Defendants have their registered Office. Leave is sought by way of abundant caution. I am satisfied that leave ought to be granted. 2.
