Learned counsel for the Petitioners has handed over demand draft of Rs.10 lakhs to the learned counsel for the Respondent bank. Learned counsel for the Petitioners has also tendered an Undertaking of the Petitioners before this Court that in the event there is no stay secured from Tribunal / Court within a period of four weeks from today, the Petitioners shall handover physical possession of the secured assets to the Respondent bank.

In view of the above, we direct the Respondent bank to defer taking possession of the secured assets, which is scheduled today be taken today, for a period of one week. 1/2

We accept the aforesaid Undertaking and disposed of the Writ Petition.
