1) The petitioner's request for granting relief and particularly enabling him to withdraw the money deposited in this Court, cannot be granted in the light of the order passed by this Court on 7th September, 2016 and the further clarification that is issued on 17th October, 2016. On 17th October, 2016 this Court passed a detailed order; whereunder, it observed 1/2 1-NMW-16-17.doc

that there is no question of permitting the applicant to withdraw any amount as prayed in the motion. The amount is directed to be deposited till the final decision of the Board. The main writ petition is disposed of on 7th September, 2016. The Board-Respondent No.1 is directed to pass a fresh order. That order is clear and self-operative. There is no question of anybody being permitted to withdraw any sum at this stage. In such circumstances, the prayer made by the petitioner's representative is rejected.

2) The Motion is disposed of.
