Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Grievance Redressal Committee under section 35 (1A) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance & Redevelopment) Act, 1971.
