By this company application, the applicant seeks substitution of the original petitioner ICICI Bank Ltd. by the applicant pursuant to the liberty granted by this court by an order dated 16th December, 2016. Mr.Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if the applicant is brought on record in place of the original petitioner i.e. ICICI Bank Ltd. Statement is accepted. 3.

Company Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

Office is directed to substitute the applicant in place of the original petitioner i.e. ICICI Bank Ltd.. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. A copy of the respondent also shall be amended by the applicant

The applicant is directed to serve the papers and proceedings of the Company Petition No.63 of 2014 to the respondent within one week from today. 6.

Place the company petition on board for hearing and final disposal on 9th February, 2017.

Affidavit in reply if any, shall be filed within three weeks from today. Rejoinder if any, shall be filed within one week from the date of the receipt of the affidavit in reply.
