At the outset, Mr. Kanade states that paragraphs 1 ad 2 of the order dated 1st February 2019 has inadvertently crept in and could be deleted. I agree with Mr. Kanade.
Therefore, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the order dated 1st February 2019 to be deleted and paragraph 3 to be renumbered as paragraph 1. Rest of the order remains unaltered. Original order to be corrected accordingly.
Mr. Kanade seeks leave to withdraw the chamber summons since applicant has initiated SARFAESI proceedings. Chamber summons dismissed as withdrawn.
