Ms.Thakar, the learned counsel for the Respondent on instructions of Mr. Rohit S.Sonar, Junior Engineer (Maintenance) states that the subject structure of the Petitioner will not be demolished by the Respondent-Corporation without serving a notice in writing to the Petitioner. We accept the said statement. In view of the aforesaid statement, the petition is disposed of.
