Heard learned counsel for the applicants and have perused the averments made in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion. The applicants have made out a case for grant of reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) on the condition that the applicants remove all the office objections within two weeks from today.

The notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer 1/2

It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the order passed by this Court today to stand vacated without further reference to the Court. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted for removing the office objections. 3.

The notice of motion is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
