This chamber summons is taken out to bring on record the legal heirs of defendant no.10 who expired on 1st April 2014 and consequential amendment to the cause title. The counsel appearing for the respondent/legal representative of defendant no.1 has no objection if the chamber summons is allowed.

As the counsel for defendant no.1 has no objection and for the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

29.s.1495.2010.doc The amendment to be carried out and a copy of the amended plaint to be served upon the defendants including newly added defendants within three weeks from today. All the defendants to file written statement/additional written statement, if any, within four weeks of receiving the amended plaint.

By an order dated 16th February 2015, the plaintiff was directed to have the chamber summons numbered. However, the chamber summons continues to be in lodging number and the plaintiff has not complied with the directions of this Court. Therefore, the plaintiff to have the chamber summons numbered on or before 7th March 2015.
