Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the order of dismissal dated 12-12-2014 passed in Company Petition No.244 of 2014 and further be pleased to place Company Petition No.244 of 2014 for final hearing";
