Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiff.

The learned counsel submits that in terms of the order dated 7 th January 2019, the plaintiff has incorporated the amendment in the plaint. Resultantly, the suit claim is now reduced to Rs.22,66,084/- along with further interest.

As the value of the suit claim, as amended, is below Rs.1 crore, the Prothonotary and Senior Master to take steps to transfer the suit to the City Civil Court, Bombay.
