Leave to amend in terms of the draft consent terms which seek to amend the cause title and to substitute the name of petitioner no.2 as also consequential averments in paragraph 1. Amendment be carried out during the course of the day. Re-verification dispensed with. 3.

Mr.Dhond learned senior counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 and the authorized representative of respondent no. 1 and respondent no.4 who are present in Court submit that the parties have amicably settled the disputes between the parties as

2/3 arising in the present proceedings.

Parties have jointly tendered the consent terms as entered between the parties. On behalf of the petitioner, the consent terms are signed by Mr.Vinod Joseph the authorized representative of petitioner nos.1 and 2. Consent terms are signed by the authorized representatives of respondent nos.1 to 4. The authorised representatives of respondent nos.1 and 4 are present in Court. Consent terms are also signed by the Advocates for the petitioners and Advocates for respondent nos.2 and 3. There is no dispute on the signatures as made on the consent terms which are from pages 1 to 19. The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No costs.

As the Petition is disposed of ad interim order dated 11.1.2019 stands vacated.
