Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we dispose of this petition by following order: (i) The Petitioner is granted liberty to make an application/representation to respondent No. 4 Education Inspector, North Zone, Administration building, Chembur (East), Mumbai within 4 weeks from today regarding grievance made in this petition.

14.wp243.17.doc (ii) In the event such representation/application is filed by the Petitioner before respondent No. 4-Education Inspector, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation/application, after hearing all concerned including management.

(iii) It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the mater and all points and contentions of the parties are kept open. The Education Inspector shall decide the same independently on its own merits and in accordance with law. (iv) Respondent No. 4-Education officer shall pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks from the date of order.
